BN Ceramics Ajaokuta presents 2022 end of year incentives, gifts to workers, staff

.. assures of improve welfare package, more interesting, conducive work place environment

In its bid to encourage and motivate its staff, the BN Ceramics Industry Nigeria Limited, Ajaokuta, in Kogi state has presented end of year incentives and gifts to workers and staff of the company.

Speaking during the presentation on behalf of the Managing Director, the Human Resource Manager, Salihu A. Mohammed commended the staff and workers for contributing their quota to the growth of the company.

He maintained that management would continue to take the welfare of the staff seriously, by making the work place interesting and conducive, adding that the staff have been able to pull through despite the challenging economic situation in the Country.

In his word “Branch Chairman of the National Union of Chemical Footwear Robber, Leather and Non-Metallic Products Employees, Supervisors and Sectional Representatives of the Workers, Great Workers and Staff of BN Ceramics Industry Nigeria Limited.

“It is with pleasure that BN Ceramics Management welcome you all to this year’s presentation of its token incentives/Gifts for the End of the Year 2022, the Christmas and the coming New Year.

“Great Workers Management wishes to appreciate God for bringing us to this moment and we give Grace and thanks for this moment for the peace and safety of all of you and our Company in the out-going year.

“It is gratifying that we did not record any serious challenge in the course of our operation and despite the challenging economic situation in the Country; we pulled through especially with the certification of our Products Mix by relevant Agencies charged with Standards and Quality assurance.
