Group Tells APC To Expel Tallen, Komsol For Working Against Party In Plateau

– Minister Tallen, Rep Komsol in Trouble as Group insists on their expulsion for working against APC in Plateau State.

With barely a week to the Gubernatorial polls in the country, a Political group within the All Progressive Congress APC in Plateau State has called for the immediate suspension and expulsion of the Minster of women affairs Dame Paul Tallen and Hon. Komsol Alphonsus Longgaap the Member, representing Mikang, Qua’an-Pan Shendam Federal constituency.

The group, Plateau APC Political Intervention Coalition, APCPPIC in a statement issued on Saturday and signed by Bulus Jerry Ajang and Gonzuk Peter Lawrence said they have incontrovertible evidence that Dame Tallen and Hon. Komsol did not only vote for the opposition against the APC and President elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Lalong and all the candidates of the party, but also actively supported the opposition with funds, mobilisation and logistics.

The furious grouo also raised the alarm that the Minster of Women Affairs Dame Tallen and Hon Komsol Alphonsus Longgaap are allegely planning to work for the opposition party in the forthcoming governorship and House of assembly polls the same way they did in the Presidential and national assembly elections.

“To us both Tallen and Komsol have long left the APC in their minds but remained on paper to cause damage only. They have never shown up for any party meeting or campaign throughout the process leading to this election and instead of them leaving the party, remained to cause damage through anti party activities. They have lost the trust and confidence of APC members in Plateau State as they both worked against the APC in the recently conducted election. We want them to formally be expelled to enable them work better for their opposition choice”.

They called on members of the ruling party across the country to distance themselves from both Tallen and Komsol alleging that they are secretly working for the APC to lose the forthcoming polls, but also scheming to get favour from the President elect by lying their way that they worked for him whereas the opposite is the case.

“We find it very disgusting and disheartening but not surprising that Dame Tallen who worked against Tinubu and the APC candidates has run to Abuja to congratulate Asiwaju and in her usual character begging for appointment. We are apphaled that she is claiming to have worked and thus desperate to be appointed Minister or SGF because of women and the North Central Zone. She should be ashamed of herself for playing such cheap politics for decades without contributing anything”.

APCPPIC says it stands by the press conference of a group operating under the aegis of Concerned APC Youths in Shendam local government of Plateau state who recently accused the Minister of Women affairs Dame Pauline Kedem Tallen and Hon. Komsol Alphonsus Longgap, of colluding with the Candidates of other political parties to frustrate APC Candidates and work against the APC in the forthcoming governorship polls.

“We agree with the APC group in Shendam hundred percent which alleged that it is no longer hidden to party members in Plateau that both Tallen and Komsol are deliberately worked against the APC ‘”

The group called on the President elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu not to have any dealings with this two stakeholders who do not mean well for the APC in Plateau and the nation in general, recalling that these same gang including the Former Minister Dasuki Nakande and Chief Gizo were the ones who went to meet same Tinubu to run down Governor Lalong after the APC Presidential primaries but were gravely ignored and disgraced when Asiwaju picked Governor Lalong as his DG Campaign.

“Plateau is an APC state and we would not continue to tolerate those working against the interest of the party in the state like they did in the Presidential elections. The APC is set to deliver all Candidates of the party in the Gubernatorial election and we would no longer tolerate those working against it’s interest”.
