Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, a traditional folk song from Kashi, “The Half Moon Rising,” was reimagined at the China Media Group (CMG)’s 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival Gala.
The performance combined traditional melodies with electronic rhythms, highlighting the energy of youth and sincere blessings for Xinjiang.
