Following his philantropic gestures to humanity and his commitments in infrastructural developments and transformations of his community, the Igbo King of Central Region Ghana, HRH, Eze Dr Chinedu Kingsley Igwe, has thumbed up Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of Nigeria President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces for honouring a business icon man of the people, High Chief Calistus Elozieuwa.
Igwe in a press statement which he issued and endorsed by him from his prestigious palace and made available to The Authority on Monday, said that the meritorious award of “the Most Distinguished Diasporan Philanthropist” given to Chief Elozieuwa by the elegant first lady, is an indication that the recipient had distinguished himself in the services of humanity and his country at large.
The reverred diasporan traditional ruler maintain that, Igbo people in Central Region of Ghana will continue to give their supports to Chief Elozieuwa and other illustrious sons and daughters of Igboland, who are making frantic efforts in registering the ethnic group in the global map.
