Flynas Airlines visits Kaduna pilgrims agency ahead of 2026 Hajj operations

A delegation from Flynas Airlines paid a courtesy visit to the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency (KSPWA) as part of preparations for the 2026 Hajj operations.

Flynas Airlines, which was allocated to Kaduna state by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) to airlift pilgrims from Nigeria to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, undertook the visit to assess the agency’s level of preparedness and to strengthen collaboration ahead of the Hajj exercise.

The delegation was led by the Head of Hajj and Umrah, Mr. Ashraf Al-Ubaid, from Jeddah, and accompanied by Mr. Ahmad Ruma, the Nigerian Coordinator of the airline.

Also present was Hajiya Maryam Yunusa, Head of the Nigerian Crew of Flynas Airlines.

The Flynas team was received by the Chairman of the agency, Malam Salihu S. Abubakar, the Administrative Secretary, Malam Baba Rufa’i, the Head of Operations, Abubakar Usman Yusuf, and other members of the Agency’s management team.

As part of the visit, the delegation inspected key facilities, including the Kaduna State International Airport, the Kaduna State Pilgrims Transit Camp at Mando, Kaduna, and the headquarters of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency located along Katsina Road, Kaduna.

During the visit, Flynas Airlines assured the agency of a smooth, hitch-free, and successful 2026 Hajj operation.

The delegation emphasized the need for sustained cooperation and effective collaboration to ensure seamless airlift arrangements and the overall welfare of Kaduna State pilgrims.
