Joevanni boss congratulates three Aro awardees

For showing commitment and resilient in the development of ancient town of Arochukwu Kingdom in Abia state, a leading fashion icon in Abuja, Mazi Orlando F. Okafor, has sent a letter of congratulations to the three leading prominent sons of Arochukwu, who are among the various sons and daughters of the town that will be conferred with various awards during this year’s Aro Day, to be held at Arochukwu Civic Centre on 26th December 2019.

The congratulatory letter which was personally signed by Mazi Orlando and made available to news men in Abuja yesterday, the fashionista said the three recipients namely Mazi Ikechukwu Onu who will be receiving the award of Ugwu Aro; Mazi Fidelis Okoro Nwosu as Ikemba Aro and Barr. Oscar Chukwumah Okoro, also as Ikemba Aro, are worthy of the prestigious awards, because of their immense contributions for the development of Arochukwu Kingdom.

“I want to particularly single out these three illustrious sons of Aro; Mazi Ikechukwu Onu, Mazi Fidelis Nwosu and Mazi Barr Oscar Okoro, to thank you all for your tireless contributions in anything concerning our dear old motherland. You have not only brought developments to our town, you have also given jobs to many sons and daughters of our town, using your good offices and businesses.”

He said that the awards will serve as testaments to the “good footprints you are impacting in our town, by so doing, generations will remember you as sons of Aro who are showing truly that the think-home attitude being champion by our King, is indeed yielding results.”

He urged the recipients not to relent in their quests to make Aro the best in terms of developmental drive, and a cornerstone of culture in the south east zone of the country.
