The All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), on Wednesday released its schedule of activities ahead of its planned February 26 National Convention
The committee in a statement issued at the end of its 19th regular meeting at the Party’s National Secretariat (Buhari House) said it considered and adopted the timetable/schedule of activities for the 26th February, 2022 APC National Convention.
It noted that the convention process will commence with the receiving of the Interim Report of the National Reconciliation Committee on January 31, which would be followed by the consideration and adoption of Reports of State Congresses on February 2
The CECPC stated further the the Inauguration of the State Executives would take place on February 3
Sales of Forms to all aspirants vying for National Offices (APC National Secretariat) by begin on February 14 while submission of completed forms and accompanying documents will be done on or before February 19
According to the statement, screening of all aspirants vying for National Offices -will take place between 20th – 22nd of February. 2022, which would be followed by Screening Appeals to hear and resolve complaints arising from the screening exercise – 23/02/2022
Accreditation of all statutory and elected delegates to the National Convention is fixed for February- 24th – 25th of February 2022, while the National Convention to elect National Officers to the National Executive Committee (NEC) will hold on February 26
