Dedicate Yourself To Your Duty, Commissioner Urges Political Appointees

Kano state Commissioner for Local Government And Chieftaincy Affairs,  Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo political appointees  to dedicate themselves to duty so as to ensure development of the state and the welfare of the citizenry.


Sule Garo tasked them on the need to discharge their responsibilities with the fear of God for the wellbeing  of humanity.


According to a Statement by Lawan Hamisu Danhassan, Information Officer of theMinistry, Sule Garo called on political appointees to dedicate themselves for humanitarian service in order to move the state forward.
He made the call when he received the Senior Special Assistant on Local Government, Alhaji Ahmad Sabo Dada who assumed office on Thursday.


The Commissioner who described the appointment as well deserved, advised him to use his wealth of experience for the development of the state


He said, as a politician, he should also work tirelessly and work hand-in-hand with other politicians for the success of the All Progressive Congress (APC) come 2023.


He then commended the member in the state House of Assembly, Alhaji Baba for his contribution and upliftiment of people not only in his constuency but the state as a whole.


In his remarks, the the newly appointed Senior Special Assistant on Local Government, Alhaji Sabo Dada, said he was in the Commissioner’s office to introduce himself as appointed Senior Special Assistant in the Ministry.
He pledged to give all the necessary support and cooperation for the development of people of the state by providing positive advise to improve the living standard of the citizenry.


He then commended the state Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for the appointment  and solicited for the support and cooperation of the Commissioner and staff of the ministry to achieve the set objectives.
