The Enugu State Coordinator of Renewed Hope Agenda 2027 and Leader of Ifediche Political Family’ in Greater Awgu, Mazi Dr . Ezenwa A A Onyirimba, has described All Progressive Chairman (APC) National Chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, as a beacon of hope and a strategic leader of the party, in all ramifications.
Dr Onyirimba made this commendation in a chat with newsmen in Enugu at the weekend, describing Prof.Nentawe’s action plan in repositioning the party at this defining moments of the APC as a threshold of history.
His words,” At this defining moment in political evolution, the All Progressives Congress (APC) stands at the threshold of renewal, repositioning, and consolidation. At the centre of this transformation is the National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda whose emergence has injected fresh energy, innovative thinking, and uncommon clarity of purpose into the party.
He extolled the APC National Chaiman, for bringing his experience as a technocrat, academia and experienced administrator to bear in steering the party forward.
Dr. Onyirimba stated, ” His leadership has become a beacon of hope not only to party members, but to millions of Nigerians who yearn for stable, inclusive, and development-driven governance.
“Nigeria today requires political leadership that is modern, data-driven, and grounded in deep understanding of governance realities. Prof. Nentawe embodies this blend.”
The Enugu state Coordinator of Renewed Hope Agenda 2007, said the policies and adminstrative styles of Prof. Nentawe have brought renewed confidence to stakeholders nationwide.
He further described Prof. Nentawe as a Strategic Pathfinder for the APC and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Dr Onyirimba stated, “As the nation heads toward the next electoral cycle, Prof. Nentawe is increasingly seen as one of the most strategic assets of the APC. His intellectual grounding and grassroots political sensitivity make him uniquely positioned to deliver the stability and direction needed for the re-election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the overall victory of the APC in 2027.
According to him, Prof.Natenwe has consistently emphasized reasons for consolidating the gains of the Renewed Hope Agenda,Strengthening state chapters to ensure electoral dominance,Building a data-driven grassroots mobilization framework,Enhancing the credibility of party primaries and expanding the APC’s national appeal
The Enugu State Renewed Hope Agenda 2027 Coordinator stated,”Through these initiatives, Prof. Nentawe has become a pathfinder, charting the course toward a more formidable, united, and winning APC.
Dr Onyirimba advocated the pertinent need to consolidate APC Congress ahead of the 2026 National Convention of the party.
He remarked,” As the APC approaches its congresses and prepares for the 2026 National Convention, the need to consolidate Prof. Nentawe’s gains cannot be overstated. His leadership has restored stability at the national secretariat and strengthened party cohesion across the federation.
” The forthcoming congress is not just an internal process.
It is an opportunity to build continuity, deepen reforms, and entrench the progressive values he stands for.
“Grassroots leaders, party stakeholders, and key political actors increasingly agree that sustaining his leadership beyond 2026 will”,Onyirimba emphasised.
Dr Onyirimba tasked party members to guarantee the APC’s organizational stability,
to support the strategic roadmap toward 2027, enhance internal party discipline and to preserve the reforms already underway
The Ifediche Political Family leader further described Prof.Netanwi as a leader for today and the future
