Zamfara APC: Yari faction condemns issuance of CoR to  Dan Fulani

The Abdul Aziz Yari faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC)in Zamfara has condemned the action exhibited by the national headquarters of the party to give a certificate of return to Alhaji Umar Dan Fulani, describing it as contempt of court.A statement signed by the Publicity chairman of the faction, Alhaji Ibrahim Birnin Magaji said it was also childish knowing fully that there is a case in the court with regard to the issue.According to the statement, it is also ridiculous that as the founding fathers of the party they should not be treated the way they are being treated by the new comers who came through the back doors of the house.The release further explained that as a matter of justice, equity and fair play, the national caretaker committee of APC  should have stopped entertaining the issue of Zamfara until they get a nod from the court.Birnin Magaji further stated in the release that as law abiding people, and loyal to Abdul Aziz Yari, they will continue to respect the law of the land.He therefore called on all the supporters of the former governor  across the state to remain calm and wait for result of the legal action already taken by their leaders.
