Tinubu appoints Onanuga as Special Adviser on Information/Strategy

President Bola Tinubu has appointed former Managing Director of News Agency of Nigeria, Bayo Onanuga, as his Special Adviser on Information & Strategy.

Also appointed by the President is Ms. Delu Bulus Yakubu as his Senior Special Assistant on Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.

A statement issued by presidential spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale, announcing the appointments on Friday night, said they are part of efforts to prioritize effective and efficient working synergy between the Presidency and Federal Ministries.

The statement described the appointees as “professionals who have prior working experience within the architecture of the Federal Ministries they will be coordinating with, in addition to duties that will be carried out at the President’s discretion”.
