The Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed, has said that his administration has recorded achievements in the provision of people-oriented projects, for socio-economic advancement and improvement in the welfare of citizens.
The Governor stated this in a goodwill message released to mark democracy day, saying that the achievements cover road construction and rehabilitation, healthcare, educational infrastructure development, and agricultural support programmes.
Other areas of impact, toward enhancing the living standard of the people across the state, Governor Mohammed pointed out, include investments in water supply, housing, environmental sustainability, youth and women empowerment.
The Governor described democracy day as significant toward articulating and celebrating the collective will of the citizens, and the advancement made in democratic governance.
While assuring of his administration’s unwavering focus on policies that promote growth, prosperity, and social development, he thanked residents for their continued support.
