Hon. Okolo Chimezie has bagged Nelson Mandela most revered African Patriot award of excellence “AFRICA PATRIOTIC LEADER”
The award presentation and dinner was organised by the TRANS-AFRICAN YOUTH INITIATIVE in Accra, Ghana.
Presenting the award, the founder of TRANS-AFRICAN YOUTH INITIATIVE, Amb. Bakare Luqman described Hon. Jim Okolo Chimezie as a golden fish with no hidden habitat, as his delectable and impeccable records, his visionary leadership and characteristics are rarely found amidst other men and lovers of youths in Africa.
“Hon. Okolo has displayed rare commitment to the cause of humanity in the areas of security of live and property, educational development and empowerment, nation building, youth emancipation among other human capital development”.
Luqman said Okolo’s philanthropic and indelible contributions towards the transformation of good governance in all ramification is in line with the vision of President Mohammadu Buhari’s vision of transforming and repositioning Nigeria.
“As a leader, he has run a lean administration and has led his team with his signature of simplicity and tolerance for opposing views. He has contributed to the growth of the economic through his determination to turn around and engaging the youth by providing them jobs in his garment factory”.
Responding, Hon. Jim Okolo Chimezie dedicated the award to God, his family and Nigerians for the honour.
